I had to make a telephone call to your customer services and I would like to report that they were extremely helpful and very efficient. The service offered by your company has been first class My order failed because your money collection system said that my card number was incompatible with the card type. On my return to your site I found a message saying what a pity the payment had failed and if I liked I could ring this number or send a message. The message box was there on screen - I didn't have to go looking for it. So I sent a message. Next day I received a phone call and the money was collected from my card by phone without difficulty and the goods were delivered a day or two later. I told your chap how impressed I was that he'd bothered to phone as without the phone call you'd have lost the business and I wouldn't have the goods.
