This site is for Schools, Colleges and
Universities and is intended to supply low-cost Educational priced software.
Why are
products so much cheaper at AcademicExpressware?
Our status as a certified educational
reseller allows us to supply fully-functional Professional software (not Student
and Teacher or Home Edition versions, unless specifically stated) at greatly
discounted prices, with the aim of encouraging learning and achievement through
ICT. This means that many of our products are typically discounted by 80% or
more.
Why do I
need to register at AcademicExpressware?
Because our special educational
discounts are only available to Schools, Colleges and Universities,
we need you to register and agree to our
terms and conditions. Registration is really easy and you only have to do it
once. Next time you visit AcademicExpressware, you can just use your login name
and password to start shopping straight away!
How many
computers can I install the software on?
You may:
a.
install
and use a copy of the software on one personal computer or other device;
b.
install an
additional copy of the software on a second, portable device for the exclusive
use of the primary user of the first copy of the Software, i.e. Laptop.

Can
Schools, Colleges and Universities buy just one of any application?
AcademicExpressware are happy to
provide sell single products, or provide volume or whole School/College or
Univerity licencing. We are distributors
for many of our Vendors so contact us via
email or telephone and we shall secure your their best prices.

the difference between the different versions of Office?

Do your
Academic products provide the same functionality as those available through the
retail market?
Yes, a product purchased through
AcademicExpressware offers the same functionality as a product purchased through
the retail market and in some cases more functionality. None of our products are
scaled down in any way.

How can I
pay for my order and is buying online safe?
On the AcademicExpressware web site,
credit card transactions are guaranteed to be fully safe according to the SSL
encrypting standard (Secure Socket Layer). This means that your financial
information is encrypted using not just one but two keys to make it secure and
confidential during transmission over the internet. And we never store any
payment card information. Thirty day payment is also an
option for Schools, Colleges and Universities, allowing
you to pay by cheque or BACs.
Do you
provide an invoice?
Yes. An invoice is sent automatically
to you by email after you place your order. Please add AcademicExpressware.co.uk
to your safe sender e-mail list. You can also find a printable invoice in the
order history section of
'My Account' after you
login.
What is
your refund policy?
With our Easy Returns policy you can
get your money back within 15 days after the software has been delivered to you.
