How to find a product

Find what you want.
When you're spoilt for choice with hundreds of titles to choose from, how do you find the one you want whether you’re browsing or ordering? To make it easy for you, we’ve set out below 3 simple steps you can take.
1. Simple search.
Just type in the name of the product you’re looking for or the key words that come to your mind to describe it and a list will be returned showing all the suitable matches.
2. Search by category.
Choose the relevant category from the selection at the top of the page and a list will be returned showing relevant sub-categories and products.
3. Search by OS/platform, price, software publisher in Advanced Search.

Which delivery method to select

You'll see us write about "download" and "box" versions. This is what we mean: Download:  just like with much music today we just download the software immediately over the internet to your computer. Immediate gratification.
Box: this is usually the standard retail pack so might be a large box with large manual for some of our technical products, or might be a thin DVD-like package or "jewel case" as these are sometimes known.  

The traditional way. Get the same product you could find in a high street shop delivered directly to your door. No empty shelves, no traffic jams, no queuing in line – but the comfort of buying from your home or office. Please note that some titles are available only in boxes, usually because we think they are too big to be downloaded.

How to order

Congratulations on selecting your desired software! We’ve made the order process as simple as possible for you. A reminder of your cart is located in the top right part of the screen so you can check out anytime you want to complete your order.

STEP 1: Choose your software.
Once you have decided which product to buy, click on the “Add to Cart” button on the product page. You’re directed to your cart into which your product has been added. You can either continue shopping and browsing the site for other software titles or proceed to check out to complete your order.

Once your full cart appears, we invite you to:

Check that you are happy with the products, quantities and prices that are displayed. You can easily change a product quantity or remove it by clicking on the "delete item" button.

To proceed Clik on the "Checkout" button.

Enter your promotion code if you have been issued with one.

Fill in any other additional information required.

Click on “Continue” to reach the next step.

STEP 2: Register or check your details.
At this point you will need to login if you are an existing customer if you already haven't.
If you are a new customer, welcome. You will need to spend a few moments providing us with some details. If you already have an account with any of Citnexus websites, please enter your password to access your account. If you have lost your password, we’ll send it back immediately to the email address you’ve provided as your login. Once logged in, you can check your information and update it in case it has changed since the last time you ordered from us.
Don’t forget to read our Sales Terms and Conditions carefully before accepting them and clicking on the Proceed button to the next and last step.

STEP 3: Pay and take delivery of your software.
Once your personal information has been validated, choose your method of payment. We’re sure you’ll find your favorite one among the many options we offer:

Payment over the telephone

Faxing a purchase order

Online using a credit or debit card

Online using your PayPal account
You will also receive an email confirming your order and any relevant supporting information.

How to Pay

There are four ways in which you can pay for your software. Simply choose the method of payment that suits you best.

Credit card online
This is the easiest and most efficient way to place your order, guaranteeing you the fastest delivery. The online process is secured (Protx approved) and we accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit , Visa Electron, Maestro and Solo. Sorry, we do not accepted American Express at this time. 

Paypal
If you have a PayPal account, you can use it to pay for your order on our website. If you choose this option, you will be taken to the PayPal website to confirm your account details. You will then automatically return to this website to complete your order.

Credit card by phone
To order by phone, please contact us with your credit card information at hand.

Cheque
To pay in this way, you must first complete your order online, selecting the "Faxing a purchase order option". Then fax your completed order form, making sure to enter all your details to +44 1173156275. You can also e-mail a purchase order to us if preferred, to sales@citnexus.co.uk. The goods will then be dispatched with an invoice which will be payable within 30 days.
Please send Cheques to Nexus House, 32, Bath Road Stonehouse, Gloucestershire Gl10 2JA UK, making them payable to Citnexus Trading Limited.  

Prices and Tax Charges

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

For orders made from the UK, are charged VAT at 17.5%. Orders from the EU are charged VAT at 17.5% unless a valid EU VAT number is entered at the time of ordering. Orders outside the EU are exempt from VAT.
